Rare Hyracodon Fossil Jaw on Oak Stand, Badlands, South Dakota, Oligocene, R1136
$499.95Price
Type: This is a nice fossil jaw from Hyracodon nebraskensis . It has 10 preserved teeth as well as the main portions of the mandible. I have restored the chin portion and all the small incisors. On the molars I have restored the left premolar and portions of 5 other teeth. Interestingly some of the adult teeth are still erupting. Most likely a young adult. This specimen will also come with a custom oak stand which I have made as well as a custom made stainless steel display label. It will make a wonderful addition to the collection.
